I'm Anthony Johnston, a PGA Advanced Coach and Mind Factor Certified Coach.
I've spent almost three decades helping golfers improve their technique, understand their thinking and perform when it matters.
But golf has taught me something beyond the swing.
The way we approach challenges, respond to mistakes and handle uncertainty on the course often reflects how we approach life itself.
Today, I'm putting those lessons to the test as I work towards competing on the Staysure Legends Tour.
It's a new chapter, combining everything I've learned as a coach with the challenge of becoming a competitive player again.
I don't know where the journey will lead.
But I know what I'm prepared to put into it.
